1. Romanian PM Victor Ponta announced the downwards revision of Romania’s economic growth forecast for 2012 is particularly caused by the negative impact of the draught on farming; 2. A joint delegation of the IMF, the EC and the WB is today meeting with representatives of the banking sector and the Labour Ministry; 3. Over 700 Romanian and US military are today taking part in the 2012 Summer Storm military exercise near the Romanian Black Sea coast; 4. Two Romanian football teams Steaua Bucharest and Rapid Bucharest are today playing the second leg of Europa League’s third preliminary round.
