Sandra Izbasa of Romania on Sunday won Olympic gold medal in women's vault, the 8th medal for Romania, at the 2012 London Olympics. A yellow code warning against extremely hot weather has been issued for Bucharest and 26 counties in eastern, southern and western Romania. The town of Sfantu Gheorghe, in the Danube Delta, is the venue for the 2012 “Anonimul” International Independent Film Festival, between August the 6th and 12th.
