- Senator Puiu Hasotti has been nominated by the National Liberal Party for the culture portfolio in the Ponta cabinet. Romania will be the 6th most attractive European country for foreign investors in the following three years, according to an Ernst & Young survey. Moody’s rating agency has lowered by four levels the Romanian company “Hidroelectrica”, from Ba1 to B2. -Romania is under code yellow alert for extremely hot weather. The heat index exceeds the 80 unit critical level.
