Romania’s foreign minister Andrei Marga is attending the meeting of the South-East Europe Cooperation Process foreign ministers. Representatives of 29 nations meet on Thursday in Kabul to discuss the future of Afghanistan, with emphasis on the withdrawal of NATO troops by the end of 2014. The international financial evaluation agency Moody’s has downgraded Spain from A3 to Baa3, the lowest rating for investment grade bonds. The annual rate of inflation saw a slowdown in May of 2012 as compared to April, down to 2.4 percent in the Eurozone and 2.6 percent in the entire EU. Only three EU countries – Romania, Cyprus and Finland recorded a growth in their inflation rate during the same period of time, figures released by Eurostat show.
