The Central Electoral Bureau in Romania decided that elections for mayor and county councillor in several towns and villages will be held again, following the appeals made after Sunday’s voting Romanian President Traian Basescu has promulgated the law ratifying the EU fiscal compact signed in Brussels on March 2nd Romanian Foreign Minister Andrei Marga will attend in Belgrade n Thursday the meeting of the foreign ministers of the countries participating in the South-East European Cooperation process Moody’s rating agency downgraded the ratings of the main Cypriot banks, operating in Romania too, because of the high risk of Greece’s exit from the Eurozone
